2. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your Smith & Carter package every step of the way.

3. Order Accuracy & Responsibility
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Smith & Carter is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice a mistake in your address after placing an order, please contact our support team immediately. Once an order has been processed for shipment, we are unable to make further changes.
4. Delayed or "Stuck" Packages
While we strive for a 9–12 day delivery window, international logistics can occasionally experience delays due to customs processing or extreme weather conditions.
If your tracking information hasn't updated for more than 7 consecutive days, or if your package has not arrived within our estimated window, please contact us via hello@smithandcarter.com. Our logistics team will open an investigation and ensure your items reach you as quickly as possible.
5. Customs & Import Duties
Smith & Carter handles the majority of logistics; however, please note that any potential customs duties or import taxes applied by your local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Cancellations
We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it. Once an order has been handed over to our shipping partners, we are unable to modify it.
