Refund Policy
At Smith & Carter, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our curated collections. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If things don't go as planned, our return policy is designed to find a solution that works for you.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
2. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately via hello@smithandcarter.com.

Free Replacement: If the item is damaged or incorrect due to our error, we will send a free replacement immediately. You do not need to return the damaged item.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, you must contact us via hello@smithandcarter.com.

Return Shipping: If a physical return is required, please note that items must be sent to our central international warehouse in Asia.

Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Underwear and intimate apparel.

Earrings and jewelry.

Final sale items or gift cards.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, or once we have agreed upon a partial refund solution. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
7. Cancellations
We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it. Once an order has been handed over to our shipping partners, we are unable to modify it.
